Get in touch

Little Honu is made and published by Deschutech LLC. Email hello@littlehonugame.com and we usually reply within a couple of days — that address reaches us directly, and there is no ticket queue in between.

It saves a round trip if you include your device (for example iPhone 15), your iOS version, the level you were on, and what you expected to happen instead. A screenshot or a screen recording is worth a paragraph.

I bought the premium unlock but I am still seeing ads

Open the store inside the game and tap Restore Purchases — that re-asks Apple what your Apple Account owns and turns ads off again. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. If ads are still there afterwards, email us and mention the Apple Account region and roughly when you bought it.

I moved to a new phone and my progress is gone

Progress is saved on the device, not on a server, so it travels only inside a device backup. Restoring your new phone from an iCloud or iTunes backup of the old one brings it across; setting up as a new device does not.

Purchases are different — those are tied to your Apple Account, so Restore Purchases brings the premium unlock back on any device.

Game Center is not connecting

Check that Game Center is signed in under iOS Settings, and that Little Honu is allowed to use it. Leaderboards and achievements are optional — the game plays fine without them, it just will not post your scores.

The game is too hard, or too easy

Difficulty is selectable in Settings. Every crossing gets longer and busier as you climb the levels, so if a level is a wall, an easier difficulty keeps more lives in your pocket. Hard difficulty is part of the premium unlock.

Keep an eye on the energy ring around the joystick: sprinting and dashing drain it, and seaweed refills it. Running the meter dry right as a shark commits is how most runs end.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. Everything the game stores — your progress and your settings — lives in the app's own storage on your device and goes with it. There is no account to close and no server-side copy, because there is no server. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Bugs and ideas

Both welcome at hello@littlehonugame.com. If you have found a way to reliably reproduce a bug, that is the single most useful thing you can send.
